Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Aqualine Performance ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Aqualine Performance provides mobile automotive detailing, ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), vinyl wraps, and related services in the Las Vegas, Henderson, and Boulder City areas. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Mobile auto detailing (interior and exterior)
- Ceramic coating application
- Paint protection film installation
- Vinyl wrap installation
- Paint correction
- Commercial fleet services
- Aviation and marine detailing
Booking and Appointments
Scheduling
Service appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email. We will confirm your appointment and provide an estimated service time.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances
Pricing and Payment
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. Quoted prices are estimates and may vary based on vehicle condition, size, and specific service requirements. Final pricing will be confirmed before service begins.
Payment
- Payment is due upon completion of service
- We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments
- A deposit may be required for certain services
Service Location Requirements
For mobile services, the customer must provide:
- Safe and accessible location for service
- Access to water and electricity (for certain services)
- Level surface for vehicle
- Adequate lighting if service is scheduled during evening hours
If these requirements cannot be met, we reserve the right to reschedule or relocate the service.
Vehicle Condition and Inspection
We will inspect your vehicle before beginning service. Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage, defects, or special concerns. We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing paint damage, chips, or scratches
- Mechanical or electrical issues
- Damage caused by improper previous repairs or modifications
- Issues arising from poor paint quality or clear coat failure
Warranties and Guarantees
Service Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of service completion for review.
Product Warranties
Ceramic coatings and PPF installations come with manufacturer warranties as specified in service agreements. Warranty terms vary by product and service level.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranties do not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, abuse, or neglect
- Improper maintenance or care
- Modifications made by third parties
- Normal wear and tear
- Environmental damage (bird droppings, tree sap, etc. if not removed promptly)
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aqualine Performance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our business operations. In the unlikely event of damage to your vehicle caused by our negligence, liability is limited to our insurance coverage.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate vehicle and contact information
- Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle
- Disclose any pre-existing damage or concerns
- Follow all maintenance instructions provided
- Allow adequate curing time for coatings and films
- Follow manufacturer care instructions for ceramic coatings and PPF
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Aqualine Performance and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
Photography and Marketing
We may photograph vehicles before and after service for quality control, training, and marketing purposes. By using our services, you consent to our use of these photographs on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you do not wish your vehicle to be photographed, please inform us before service begins.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
